In Bourg-la-Reine France, Pascal Guédot studio created a library which harmonizes with the existing architecture and has a 100 years old tree as a focal point. The tree is part of the design that’s why the roof is asymmetrical to give space to the branches. The building has large windows to enjoy the view of the tree from the inside. With this design the community preserves the great old treasure and gives a new space for all to enjoy.
