kids room by Jessica Hanson
The little artist kids room was designed by Jessica Hanson. The room if full of colors, patterns & life. Is amazing how much the designer can achieve in the room, you have a chalk coal floor, tables for painting and different type of storage. I love the focal wall with those amazing mix of pastels & vibrant colors. I also love the different patterns you find in the focal wall & how they represent nature & its beauty. Definitely the perfect space for a little artist.

Pigment store in Tokyo Japan created by Kengo Kuma & Associates. The store's design is inspired by an artist's world. The main idea of the store is to preserve the Japanese traditions of pigments & gather in one place the pigments elements & techniques . It is an art store with elements such as 4,200 different types of pigments, 600 kinds of brushes & 50 types of glues. The main object of the store is a bamboo canopy atacched to the ceiling that extends until the outside of the store, so passers-by can identify it, also the bamboo gives a natural & warm touch to the store. Pigment has a workshop with Kuma chairs & a bamboo table, bamboo shelves with pigment bottles & brushes that are displayed in a very practical way to be able to see all types. At the entrance of the store there is an artistic installation made with washi paper, which greets shoppers.
